    I went through the job search process in the academic year of 2015-2016. It's quite a strugling period of time, and, thank God, I have ended up joining New York University Shanghai. I would like to take this opportunity to share some useful resources for a job market candidate in operations area.

  • Operations Academia. This is a website established by Prof. Serguei Netessine and his student Konstantinos Stouras. It publicizes information about job market candidates, job openings, confirmed placements, and the results of Annual Operations Job Market Survey 14-15 and Annual Operations Job Market Survey 15-16.

  • On the Operations Job Market: Reflections and Insights. I wrote this article to share my reflections on my job search experience on the operations job market. I hope my sharings can be helpful for prospective operations job market candidates.

  • How to Get Tenure in Academia (in Chinese)? I did this mostly harmless talk-show to share how to do well in a PhD program and get tenure as an Assistant Professor. Hopefully, you will benefit from my sharing.
